‘Fiesta Time’ is a vibrant hollyhock that produces relatively short spikes of double, cerise pink, fringed blossoms beginning in midsummer. This is a first year flowering perennial. The shorter height of 'Fiesta Time' makes it more suitable to courtyard gardens and containers than its taller cousins. These can be grown under black walnut trees as it is juglone tolerant. Hollyhocks are best treated as a biennial or short-lived perennial.
